The United World Wrestling Championships are coming to Las Vegas and on Episode 19 of the World Wrestling Resource Podcast, we'll talk Team USA with Women's freestyle coach Terry Steiner and Greco-Roman coach Matt Lindland. But before we get to the team talk with our coaches, Dr. David Curby, the Director of the International Network of Wrestling Researchers, will join the show to talk about the upcoming symposium prior to the World Championships on September 5 in Las Vegas. Dr. Curby has long been associated with wrestling as a competitor and a coach and parent. Dr. Curby will breaks down the upcoming symposium and his relationship with the United World Wrestling Scientific Committee. Steiner talks about what he expects with this women's team, one of the strongest since the 2003 team that earned seven medals at the World Championships in New York. Lindland also breaks down the Greco team. The last time the Greco-Roman World Championships were held in the U.S. was in San Diego in 1979.
